The Muezzi Technique — A Learning Process

A holistic conscious hypnosis method matured over 45+ years of clinical practice — completed in 10–20 minutes.

The Muezzi Technique is a short, holistic learning process distilled from Dr. Ali Esref Muezzinoglu's nearly half-century of clinical experience. The clinician and the client are the two sides of the process — and the two subjects of the learning.

Its leaven is information: the client understands what they will encounter and feels that hypnosis is a learnable skill, not a mystical performance. Then comes practice — the gentle steps of the technique walked together at the client's pace. Finally repetition: through self-hypnosis, the client carries the technique into daily life.

Five phases fit into the 10–20 minute window: induction (1–3 min), illumination (3–5 min), suggestion (2–4 min), confirmation (2–3 min), self-hypnosis (3–5 min). Each phase is rewritten to match the client's feelings, thoughts and understanding.

The last sentence of the technique is always the same: “I leave you in your own care.” This closing brings the client back to daily life with their own healthy voice — the end of the technique becoming a beginning.
